Unity Care is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to provide leadership of behavioral health services provided to children and their families. This position provides clinical supervision and management of clinical staff providing trauma-informed individual, group, and family treatment. S/he participates in hiring, orientation and ongoing training of staff, guides program development, and ensures high quality services. The position will be responsible for promoting a culturally-sensitive, family-centered, strength-based philosophy throughout all services. This position requires a BH license and experience with children’s mental health services. Strong preference for 2+ years of licensure and EPSDT experience.
