Job Purpose Under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Operations provides oversight of administrative and financial systems including corporate compliance, human resources, physical infrastructure, finance, and information technology. This position serves as the agency’s designated as the corporate compliance officer, ensuring that the governance authority is fully informed at all times on matters pertaining to corporate compliance and accreditation.
